Services with V Consulting begin with an initial consultation with Vanessa that identifies your needs. The initial consult will result in a custom bid proposal for contract services. The proposal will be unique to your organization with recognition of your strengths, needs and available resources for consulting services. Initial consultation is complimentary.

Strategic Planning

Your plan for the future should be more than a ream of notes from your last retreat with a list of things to do. It is imperative to have a plan that is useful in an environment where resources are scarce, time is limited and efforts devoted to looking ahead come second to your immediate crisis. Developing a forward focus plan involves knowing where you have been while also having your eye on what kind of impact you want to have in the future. The impact you hope to have in the future is the heart of outcome based strategic planning. Articulating the impact you hope to have breaths energy into your future plan, motivating volunteers, staff and funders. V Consulting can assist with outcome based strategic planning at the group or individual level.

Community Health Planning

The health care industry is changing quickly and many organizations are finding themselves in need of a consultant to help them with strategic planning, community needs assessments & data collection and facilitation of community advisory council work. Having a consultant with executive leadership experience, graduate academic preparation in public health and a deep network in the industry is necessary to successfully negotiate the fluid and sometimes chaotic environment. Executive Coaching

It is provided confidentially in a supportive and empowering process. Coaching includes specified one-on-one time with Vanessa, typically over a 3-6 month time period. It is flexible, tailored to your needs and goals and provides an opportunity for you to fully employ all the skills and experience that V Consulting has to offer.

Program Planning & Evaluation

You already do good work…let V Consulting help you illustrate the impact of your efforts with a clear, easy to understand system of program planning and evaluation. Evaluation does not need to be a process for outside consultants. V Consulting will help you develop logic models, create measurable outcomes and design client feedback systems as part of your program or services plan. We will provide the technical assistance necessary to set up your own internal evaluations that not only meet grant and contract requirements, but will also assist in communicating the impact you have on your community.
